Prices and Conditions
Arc de Can Puig has 7 double bedrooms and offers place for 14 people.
From the first of July until end of august the house is let per week, change overday is Saturday.
In low season the house can be rented for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
High season: Puentes, Easter, July and august, new year
Arc de Can Puig can de divided in two apartments. One on the first floor and one on the ground floor, each with space for 7 people. These apartments can be rented in low season for a minimum of two nights.

The price includes VAT, does not include tourist taxes or deposit.
The following rules and conditions must be respected in all its points from the moment the reservation is made and until departure. Otherwise, the owner of the house reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation, proceeding to immediate vacancy, without return of the monetary amount under any circumstances.
Downpayment. The reservation will not be effective until the client has made the downpayment of 30% of the total price of the stay.
Number of people. The accommodation of a number of people greater than the maximum capacity of the house is prohibited. The exact number of adults, children and children under 2 years of age that will be staying in the house during the agreed days of stay must be detailed at the time of confirming the reservation. There are extra beds available but not without a confirmation.
Pets: In order to preserve the clean and pleasant environment of our house, pets are not allowed inside the house.
Deposit. The client will pay the amount of € 500 as a deposit in response to possible deterioration of furniture and/or utensils, installations, and equipment in the house. The amount of this deposit will be returned on the same day of departure if it is verified that there are no damages or defects. If there are damages, they will be valued according to the scale and will be subtracted from the deposit. If they are higher, the client will pay the difference.
Reservation cancellation conditions: if once the reservation is confirmed and the deposit is made, the client decides to cancel it, the deposit will be returned -50% of the down payment in case of cancellation of the reservation more than 30 days before the date set to occupy the accommodation. --No percentage of the deposit will be returned in case of cancellation of the reservation between 30 and 0 days in advance of the date set to occupy the accommodation.
Payment of the amount of the stay: At the time of formalizing the entry into the house, the client will pay in cash the total amount of the reservation minus the amount already delivered as a deposit. It is also possible to make a bank transfer three working days before entering the house.
Hours arrival and leaving: On the day of arrival the house will be ready from 4 pm, the day of departure you must leave the house at 11 am. You can always contact us if these hours are not convenient for you.
Supplies: The consumption of water, electricity and heating are included in the total price of the stay, and therefore the use of devices that alter the expected consumption is prohibited. The house is self-sufficient so that one should be aware that the reserves are not inexhaustible.
Cleaning: During your stay, cleaning corresponds to the clients. It is the obligation of the clients to leave the house in the conditions of cleanliness, operation and use in which it was delivered, otherwise it will be subtracted proportionally from the amount of the deposit.
Parties. The house is located in a rural area. It is not allowed to hold parties with loud music in the house. The music should be muted after 10 0,clock in the evening.
